8 Top Link in Bio Tools for Instagram

Instagram only gives you one clickable URL in your bio, so it’s important to optimize it as much as you can — and link in bio tools can really help with this!

Depending on the tool you use, you‘ll be able to drive more visits, measure clicks, make sales, and find out exactly how much revenue you’re getting from Instagram.

Ready to see some tools in action? We review 8 of the top link in bio tools for Instagram:

Link in Bio Tools #1: Drive Traffic & Sales from Instagram with Linkin.bio by Later

If you’re in search of a way to drive more traffic and sales from Instagram, you may want to check out Linkin.bio by Later.

One of the most powerful link in bio tools on the market, Linkin.bio lets you turn your Instagram feed into a clickable, mobile-optimized landing page so your followers can find exactly what they’re looking for, whether it’s a blog post, newsworthy article, or a specific product page.

Now you can better understand what content is driving the most traffic, and with new features like product tagging (via our Shopify integration) and sales tracking, you can easily connect your store to Later and tag your products in your Linkin.bio posts.

Shopify stores will be able to know exactly how much revenue each Instagram post generated through the link in your bio, which is a major help to businesses wanting to measure ROI from Instagram.

You can also now add multiple links to each Linkin.bio post, meaning that you can give your followers multiple options to choose from while they’re scrolling through your feed.

How to use Linkin.bio by Later:

  1. Sign up (or login) to Later on your desktop: When you log in, you’ll see Linkin.bio in the sidebar. Follow the initial steps to create your unique Linkin.bio URL.
  2. Add a link to a scheduled post: Schedule a post in Later, then add the URL you’d like your post to link to in the Linkin.bio field. This post will be connected to that specific link once it’s published. If you want to add a link to an already-published post, just open the Linkin.bio tab, find the post, and add the new link.
  3. Add your Linkin.bio URL to your Instagram bio: Every linked post lives under the same URL — your custom Linkin.bio link! All you have to do is copy and paste this custom URL into your Instagram bio to save it your profile.
  4. Let your followers know about the new link in your bio: Now you’re ready to share the news about your new Linkin.bio! Your followers can click your bio link and see a page that looks exactly like your Instagram feed. They can tap any post that’s caught their eye, and voilà —  they’re brought to the page you linked to in that post.

How to get it: Linkin.bio is now 100% free! You can set up Linkin.bio right now for $0 – no trials or credit card needed!

We also have a paid version of Linkin.bio that costs $19/month — which is still one of the cheapest link in bio tools available!

Link in Bio Tools #2: Linktree

One of the more popular link in bio tools on our list, Linktree lets you build a mobile-optimized landing page with links to the sites you want to share — like your blog, your other social media accounts, or even your online store.

What we like most about Linktree is its simplicity. Changing the URLs within Linktree is as simple as copying and pasting them into your account and arranging them as you see fit.

How to use Linktree: Once you’ve signed up for a Linktree account, you can immediately start adding links to your Tree. Simply log into your Linktree admin page, select the green button that says “+ Add New Button / Link,” and a new link card will appear below.

From there, you can paste your URL into the field, give your link a title, and then click the button in the top right corner to activate your link.

And that’s it! Now you can add your Linktree link to your Instagram profile.

How to get it: Linktree’s PRO plan costs $6/month, however, they also offer a free plan with basic features.

Link in Bio Tool #3: LIKEtoKNOW.it

Brought to you by the talented people at rewardStyle, LIKEtoKNOW.it is a *really* popular shopping app that lets influencers monetize their social channels by linking to products from a network of 5,000 brands and retailers.

And while it’s definitely more of a shopping discovery app than a link in bio tool, a lot of influencers use LIKEtoKNOW.it to connect their Instagram followers with products they feature on their feed.

Basically, this involves influencers tagging products on their mobile-optimized LIKEtoKNOW.it page and then adding the link to their Instagram profile

How to use LIKEtoKNOW.it: Before you can build a shoppable page on LIKEtoKNOW.it, you need to apply to join rewardStyle’s influencer network:

Once you’re accepted, you’ll be given a LIKEtoKNOW.it profile and username, and anything you publish to LIKEtoKNOW.it will surface on your profile (all of this actually happens on the rewardStyle app).

As soon as you’ve added some products to your LIKEtoKNOW.it profile, add the link to your Instagram bio and you’re all set to go.

How to get it: In order to use LIKEtoKNOW.it as an influencer, you first need to apply to rewardStyle’s influencer network.

Link in Bio Tools #4: Milkshake

One of the latest projects from the brains at Envato, Milkshake is a third-party app that lets you build a simple website (Milkshake calls it an “Insta website”) on your mobile device.

While not intended to replace your website, Milkshake is really useful for sending your followers to the content you want them to see — whether that’s a preview of your latest post or a link to a new product line.

What we really love about Milkshake is how beautiful and fun their templates are! Check out how @jessicajade.co built an Insta website that matches her brand aesthetic:

How to use Milkshake: The first step after signing up for an account is to pick a “Card” for your Milkshake site (Milkshake Cards are basically the pages that make up your Milkshake website).

Most Cards have elements like a main heading, a subheading, and images that you can customize or replace with your own content, and each Card serves a specific purpose, like collecting leads or sharing links.

Once you’re happy with your Milkshake site, simply add the custom URL to your Instagram profile and you’re all set! When someone visits your Milkshake site, they’ll be able to swipe through your Cards like they would on Instagram Stories.

How to get it: Milkshake is completely free to use, however, it’s only available on iOS at the moment (there’s an Android waitlist!).

Link in Bio Tools #5: Lnk.bio

Much like Linktree, Lnk.bio gives you the ability to create a single, mobile-optimized landing page with a collection of links.

Although less customizable than other link in bio tools on our list, overall, it’s a really simple tool that gets the job done.

How to use Lnk.bio: Once you’ve logged into Lnk.bio, scroll to “Step 2” to create your links. The process is almost exactly the same as Linktree — the only difference is that for Lnk.bio, the URL comes before the title and you can add images to accompany your links.

In the “Add a New Link” box on the right, enter the destination URL in the first line and your title in the second line. Then click “Add Link Now.”

You can add as many links as you like and reorder them however you see fit. Once you’ve added your links, simply copy and paste your URL into your Instagram profile and you’re done!

How to get it: Lnk.bio offers several plans that vary in price. They do offer a free version with limited features and a Lnk.bio watermark, but you can also splurge for the PRO version which costs $24.99 all-in.

Link in Bio Tools #6: Campsite

Campsite markets itself as a “dead-simple social landing page,” and we’re inclined to agree.

The tool features an easy-to-use interface for customizing your landing page — you can upload your logo, change the background color, and even use a custom domain (this is a paid feature) — and adding links is also really easy to do.

Like some of the other link in bio tools on our list, Campsite comes with some basic analytics capabilities, including the ability to track where people are visiting from, how many are visiting per day, and more.

How to use Campsite: After signing up for Campsite, head to your admin page and click the “Add New Link +” button. Add a title to your link, paste the URL, and then switch the toggle in the bottom left corner to enable your link (you can also upload an image to accompany your link).

Once your link is live, you can add your Campsite URL to your Instagram profile or any other social profile you like.

How to get it: Campsite’s PRO plan costs $7/month, however, they also offer a free version with limited features.

Link in Bio Tools #7: Tap Bio

Similar to Milkshake, Tap Bio lets you build a mini-website using “cards,” which are a bit like website pages.

Visitors to your Tap Bio site can swipe through your cards (like they would on Instagram Stories), and there are tons of different cards to choose from — everything from a “Simple” card with a single call-to-action to an “Instagram Links” card that displays your Instagram posts with links.

How to use Tap Bio: Like Milkshake, Tap Bio offers different card templates for different situations.

You start by building your profile card, which includes your name, your title or tagline, links to your other social profiles, and a photo and bio. You can then add more cards by tapping the “+” sign in the top left of your screen and configuring them with Tap Bio’s editing tools.

When you’re ready, paste your Tap Bio link into your Instagram bio and you’re all set!

How to get it: Tap Bio’s paid plans start at $5/month, however, they also offer a free version of the tool with basic features.

Link in Bio Tools #8: Link in Profile

Possibly the simplest tool on our list, Link in Profile is a quick and easy solution for adding links to your Instagram posts and sending your followers where you want them to go.

It’s missing some key features, like the ability to customize your page or track your analytics. But overall, Link in Profile is a great, no-fuss solution for anyone looking to optimize the link in their bio.

How to use Link in Profile: Once you’ve authorized Link in Profile to access your Instagram account, open your dashboard and click on the “Links” option to begin adding links to your existing Instagram posts. You can also simply paste a URL into an Instagram post’s caption and it will automatically appear on your Link in Profile landing page.

When you’re done, just add your Link in Profile page to your Instagram profile and you’re all set.

How to get it: Link in Profile’s paid plan costs $9.99/month (they offer a free 30-day trial).

Driving traffic from Instagram is a challenge for most businesses — especially if you have fewer than 10,000 followers, which is the cut-off for Instagram Stories links.

By using a link in bio tool, you can drive more traffic and sales from Instagram, and even measure exactly how much revenue you’re getting from Instagram.
