Can someone explain this startup balance-sheet? : marketing

I have a small assignment to do which includes:

1. Cost Model (startup costs, fixed costs, variable costs, and assets costs).

2. Revenue Model (Revenue channels, revenue stream, and expected sales).

3. Break-even Analysis (must break-even within a good way the first (2) years).

4. Financial projections for the next (3) years, including Cash Flows & P/L.

Now I found a reference online that did exactly the above (i think), but for the life of me, I have no idea what any of this means.

Anything that had finances/numbers in the documents I’ve inserted into a a JPG. The the balance sheet + income statement is what I really dont understand at all. Can someone break this down so I can understand this?
