Northwood Office seeks a highly motivated individual and passionate storyteller to join its marketing and communications team and manage the Ballantyne digital experience. This position is responsible for producing and distributing content to share news, connect with various internal and external audiences, build relationships and grow online presence. Candidate will manage a tenant community app, website, digital signage, social media and e-newsletters. Candidate must possess strong writing skills and website management, social media and email marketing experience. Candidate must be forward-thinking and detail-oriented, focused and energetic, possess a strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills, and be a team player and self-starter with strong organizational skills.

• Produces, manages and executes high-quality, engaging content for goBallantyne website and app, internal and external e-newsletters and digital signage
• Creates, monitors, manages and grows company’s social media content that encourages audiences to interact for Northwood Office and Ballantyne
• Collaborates with internal team to develop strategic marketing communications plans for Ballantyne
• Develops and implements content planning with editorial calendars
• Proactively provides ideas for content and digital marketing efforts and shares best practices
• Provides photography, videography and editing services for social media
• Monitors website analytics and social media engagement to develop content strategy to connect better with users and grow audiences
• Proactively communicates and works with all entities within company to develop content for various audiences to ensure key messages resonate across multiple platforms
• Ensures proper, consistent and effective implementation of brand and content standards across communications channels
• Responds to technical issues of website, app and digital signage administration and infrastructure issues
• Promotes Northwood Office and Ballantyne through participating in community/corporate events and capturing news to share through communication channels
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in print and digital design
• Experience with digital signage software is a plus
• Project management ability is required
• Working knowledge and experience in website management (such as WordPress), email campaign management (e.g., MailChimp) and search engine optimization
• Understanding of web analytics with Google Analytics experience
• Experience leveraging social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where demands are constantly changing
• Must be detail-oriented and well organized
• Expertise in web design, photography and video editing skills are a plus
• Minimum of one to three years of professional experience in digital communications
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications or related field is preferred
• Must have portfolio available for review
