The Digital Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting, designing and executing the digital creative for the firm. This role is responsible for branding and corporate identity, web design execution, design, user experience, ongoing development and social media support.

Essential Duties/Functions

– Participates in the strategy, development, implementation and ongoing administration of online marketing campaigns and programs
– Serves as an internal resource to marketing professionals, industry groups and business lines with regard to integration of online media and digital marketing programs
– Collaborates with marketing professionals and IT to implement marketing campaigns across online media to create and maximize a seamless experience for end users
– Collaborates with external agencies, including but not limited to advertising and public relations agencies, in developing online programs and creating specific deliverables
– Supports the administration of the content management system (CMS) to execute online strategies, and serves as a key member of the CMS project team
– Supports the firm brand to ensure online marketing and communications reflect the firm’s messages, positioning and visual identity
– Other duties as required

Web Site
– Assists in the design, development and content maintenance of external web site(s)
– Assists with the creation of digital marketing strategies
– Proactively updates web sites, including content updates, imagery and SEO enhancements
– Leverages existing and future CMS capabilities
– Considers the needs of different end users (clients, prospects, referrals, media, prospective employees, etc.)
– Supports the integration of web sites, including customer relationship management (CRM),email marketing platforms and future marketing automation programs, as defined
– Utilizes search engine optimization (SEO) best practices in content and web design
– Supports web analytics and SEO reporting

Social Media
– Supports the firm’s social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Google +
– Defines, creates, tailors and leverages content across the firm’s social media accounts
– Assists with content sourcing and reporting


– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or other related field, required

– Experience working in a professional services environment, preferred
– Knowledge and experience with Web 2.0 and social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google +, preferred
– Knowledge of production processes, internet and web-based materials, preferred
– Experience with all phases of web site planning, design and development, including best practices for web site design and programming, preferred

– Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, required
– Knowledge of CMS software and solutions (i.e. Kentico), Google Analytics, ExactTarget Email Marketing (or other ESP), Microsoft Dynamics CRM, preferred
– Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator and/or HTML, preferred

Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
– Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with specific experience writing for online media
– Excellent project management and organizational skills
– Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment while handling multiple projects/tasks simultaneously, and managing process and service providers (internal and external) to accomplish desired results
– Strong interpersonal and client service skills, consultative approach to working with marketing and client service professionals at all levels
– Knowledge and experience with online metrics, analytics, tools and SEO
– Capacity to understand and communicate firm business, marketplace and value proposition
– Ability to serve professionals at all levels in a client-oriented, matrixed environment
– Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and tactics, and their application in a professional services organization
