Pros: Mint plated metal chairs with perfect chair-to-table height for laptop work. Tall, breathtaking ceilings. Pastel-themed industrial decor that cannot offend. Excellent coffee roasts from Devocion (from Brooklyn). Low noise levels, and very low pedestrian activity since it’s under a research building.
Cons: Limited power sockets near the entrances.
Pros: There is only one amazing seat here—the corner window seat. The window facing seats are sandwiched by a waist height counter. This makes entry into the corner seat extremely difficult. Yet that seat remains elusive because no one can interrupt you. You’ll get a decent view of the High Line, as well as a peek into the Little Spain food place across the road.
Cons: Music plays slightly louder than usual. High pedestrian activity.
