We had excellent results back in July, usually top 3, and then we had a major drop off. I suspect we’ve been sandboxed but I cannot figure out why. Every time I submit my sitemaps it comes back “cannot be indexed” with http 503 error.
Two of us have tirelessly searched worked to figure out what the issue is (outdated Word Press themes, indexing issues, we’ve contacted our server support) and we cannot find the problem.
Now I’m wondering if these issues are being caused by an appointment scheduler we’ve integrated into the site called Jane App. When we search the site on Google, the website through the Jane App still appears as the second result.
Is it possible that this Jane App appointment scheduler is competing with our site and we got suppressed because of it? How can we fix this?
