Lunch at Paper Lantern Dumpling House

On this Dot Com Life Vlog, we were going to try some chicken wings at Krave Asian Fusion, but it was closed on Monday. So we ended up going for dumplings at the new Paper Lantern Dumpling House at the Diamond Jamboree Plaza.

The Paper Lantern Dumpling House was started by Allan Tea of the Capital Seafood empire. The House is located at the spot that was formerly Guppy Tea House. The restaurant features juicy pork dumplings (also knowns as a Xiao Long Bao) made from recipes by Tea’s partner, Kenny Lim, whose family owns Mama Lu’s.

Given Capital’s experience in the restaurant business, I expect the Paper Lantern to stick around a lot longer than the Guppy. Enjoy the video.
