In light of the unprecedented challenges and follow-on changes impacting us all due to COVID-19, the CEO series of interviews will be switching gears. I’ll be talking to folks across the industry about how they are adapting to this new reality, tips on navigating the rapid changes happening, and thoughts on what the future may hold for the insights and analytics industry as a result.
We are starting this new focus with an interview with Merrill Dubrow, CEO of M/A/R/C Research. Merrill has been a good friend for many years and has weathered several periods of massive change in the industry before. That experience has given him a strong foundation to work from as we navigate through COVID-19. He shares lessons learned, practical suggestions, and an inspiring vision for pushing through adversity.
