North Shore Living Herbs welcomes new sales manager

North Shore Living Herbs & Greens hired Debbie Remblence as the company’s sales manager. Remblence joins North Shore boasting over 25 years of management and sales experience in a variety of industries and spanning the globe.

“Debbie is both engaging and determined; the perfect fit to lead growth here at North Shore,” said Milas Russell, North Shore’s general manager. With growing demand for fresh and living produce items, Remblence will develop strategies that will leverage North Shore’s unique living herbs in the retail marketplace.

“There is a tremendous opportunity for North Shore to thrive in our changing retail landscape,” said Remblence. “My goal is to engage with our retail partners and help them in telling the ‘Living’ story with consumers.”

Remblence has primarily worked in the horticulture industry starting in the United States with David Austin Roses as vice president of sales in the Americas.  Her latest role was sales director with The Greenhouse Megastore in Illinois, supplying hard goods to the greenhouse industry.

“What I loved about the horticulture industry was the personal relationships I was able to develop.  After sitting down with North Shore and listening to their passion and expertise, I knew this was a great fit and a worthwhile challenge,” said Remblence.

Remblence ranked in the Top 10 of over 4,000 salespeople in the U.K. under the Rentokil Chief Executive Awards. She was also a double Platinum Achiever as the number one salesperson of 250 in the U.K. for a European internet advertising company, teaming with Yahoo, MSN, Google and the BBC for online advertising and search engine optimization.  She was head of sales and distribution for the U.K. at Nespresso, a premium coffee brand owned by Nestle.
