Prescott Valley’s Community Developer Integrating Multimedia Operations with School Media Classes

In its pursuit to integrate with media programs at the local schools, SignalsAZ.com – Talking Glass Media Studios, a subsidiary of the Fain Signature Group of Prescott Valley, has hired two high school interns, who are now collecting a regular paycheck while garnering valuable experience in multimedia.

Clifford Robbins and Joshua Trinka are two of the newest interns at SignalsAZ.com – Talking Glass Media Studios. Robbins is a senior at Prescott High School, and Trinka, also a senior, attends Bradshaw Mountain High School. Each is a part of their high school’s media program.

Robbins is a Prescott High School Senior who is currently one of two co-editors for the yearbook. Once he graduates, Robbins plans on spending two years at Yavapai College before going to a University.

Trinka has skills in videography, video editing, scriptwriting and tricaster technology utilized for news broadcasts. In addition, Trinka is currently working on his Adobe Premiere Pro certification. He plans on going to Yavapai College for an Associate degree then transferring to Northern Arizona University for a Bachelor’s Degree in Film.

By doing so, we are able to provide real world training and experience for those students wanting to pursue an education and career in multimedia. Each intern is being trained on WordPress Publishing, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premier Pro, photography, videography, writing skills, article formatting, content marketing, content curation, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), lighting, sound, interviewing, and more.

Robbins and Trinka are beginning to wrap up the first part of their training at SignalsAZ.com which included WordPress publishing and content curation, so expect to see them out and about soon, taking photos, shooting video and engaging the community.
