In it, we provide an overview of the 17 leading PIM vendors and categorized each vendor as either a PIM specialist or PIM suite provider , along with a market segmentation based on geography and annual revenues.
Our research showed that all PIM vendors are building out their capabilities to better address the growing array of next-gen identities that are woven into the company ecosystem. These new requirements include support for DevOps use cases, securing machine-to-machine interactions, and managing nonhuman identities such as bots. This means PIM buyers should examine vendors from both categories and evaluate them against their organization’s specific needs, budget, and risk tolerance when choosing an appropriate PIM solution provider.
