Revenue Coach Kristin Zhivago and Digital Agency Team Announce New Site and Services

Business owners and managers who are still in the ‘set it and forget it’ mode are slipping behind, and quickly.

Revenue coach Kristin Zhivago, founder and president of the digital marketing management agency Zhivago Partners, has launched a new site and expanded services. The company consists of Zhivago and a team of digital marketing professionals who provide search engine optimization, online advertising, content marketing, email marketing, interactive campaigns, social marketing, account-based marketing, video marketing, and more.

Zhivago, the author of the 5-star book, Roadmap to Revenue: How to Sell the Way Your Customers Want to Buy, appears frequently on podcasts to talk about the latest trends in screen-based marketing and how companies can succeed in this very competitive, ever-changing environment. She spent years as a revenue coach, mostly for tech companies, until the web emerged in 1994. As the web increasingly dominated the business world, she began to expand her revenue coaching services to non-tech companies.

“Google, which still controls more than 90 percent of the search market, changes its algorithm several times a day, and uses roughly 200 criteria to rank sites,” Zhivago says. “But that’s just a small part of what is impacting digital marketing right now. Customer expectations regarding interactivity and engagement have risen dramatically over the last year. Business owners and managers who are still in the ‘set it and forget it’ mode are slipping behind, and quickly.”

Zhivago contends that customers have come to expect chat on sites; immediate response to their inquiries; and the ability to interact with company personnel on multiple channels. “In order to compete effectively, companies must invest in more interactive and engaging sites, social channel monitoring and response, and must make it easier than ever for customers to find, understand, and buy their products and services.”

Zhivago and her team of digital marketing professionals each specialize in a particular area and work together to build campaigns that address these issues. “We are investing heavily right now in new methods to help our clients meet these changing customer expectations,” Zhivago says. As a result of these efforts, the company has recently launched a new site. “We practice what we preach,” she says. “Our new site is designed to encourage interaction and engagement, provide helpful material to our site visitors, and build trust.”

ServerLIFT Vice President and Zhivago Partners client Brandon Budd commented, “Zhivago Partners is the only part of our company that is irreplaceable. They understand that in order for marketing to work, the entire company needs to be strong and focused, from management on down. As needed, they’ll put you on the path to victory by amping up what you do well and unmooring the rest from mediocrity, complacency, and indecision. They are no-nonsense, tell-it-like-it-is, and all about getting things done. I’ve simply never encountered another company or founder that is so singularly focused on the success of their customers. Good luck finding another marketing agency that does that.”

Baby boomer business owners

“Our best clients are baby boomer business owners who have built a solid business but are struggling with sales and marketing,” says Zhivago. “The methods they have used for years are not working anymore. We bring something unique to the mix: A seasoned revenue coach who has been hired repeatedly to turn marketing and sales departments around—and a team of savvy, younger specialists who have mastered the new marketing methods. It’s the best of both worlds.”

Zhivago Partners, founded in 2017, is structured to adjust quickly to changing customer expectations and new marketing technologies. The company has a core infrastructure team that builds applications, systems, and workflow processes to ensure work is done quickly, correctly, and efficiently. The digital marketing specialists are chosen both for their expertise and their work ethic.

“As a revenue coach to CEOs and entrepreneurs, I spent a number of years helping company leaders manage effectively,” says Zhivago. “The lessons I learned are driving many of the decisions we make about how Zhivago Partners is structured. We are constantly improving all areas of our business in order to give clients their best chance of succeeding in today’s chaotic and highly competitive markets.”

“The clients who are enjoying the highest return on their investment understand the need to provide increased helpful interaction with customers,” Zhivago says. “Those who have embraced it are seeing serious growth.”
