Sarah Hall and Maggie Brundige


Sarah Hall was named digital marketing manager and Maggie Brundige as a sales and marketing coordinator in the marketing division of SHIFT, a Baltimore-headquartered consulting, executive membership and venture capital company.

Hall will lead SHIFT’s digital marketing efforts by revamping the website and enhancing the user experience with downloadable resources and learning portals. She will also plan, launch and track results for social and email marketing campaigns.  She is an award-winning marketing strategist with expertise in search engine optimization. Before SHIFT, she was working in Sydney, Australia as a marketing executive for Merlin Entertainment, designing the customer experience for major clients such as the SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium, Madame Tussauds and Legoland Discovery Centre. Prior to her international experience, she worked in Baltimore as an EZShield content and marketing specialist. In 2017, Hall earned an Upwork Top Rated Freelancer Award and was nominated for the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts Communicator Awards in 2016 and 2018. Hall holds certifications in Google Analytics, Hubspot Inbound Marketing, and Hootsuite. She graduated from the University of Miami with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing.

On the sales side, Brundige will create presentations for speaking and client engagements, webinars and business development. She will lead all social media content implementation and maintain a positive experience for podcast guests. Brundige will also run the sales process to support lead generation, business opportunities and client relations. Prior to SHIFT, Brundige was a proposal coordinator for the Allen & Shariff Corporation. Brundige also worked in the marketing department for Foremost Capital Management, making her way from intern to coordinator. To serve her community, Brundige acts as marketing manager for Schools 4 Haiti, a nonprofit organization that provides resources for teachers in tuition-free schools for more than 800 children, assist pastors and their families. Starting in 2017, she oversaw the launch of the nonprofit’s new website, developed social and email campaigns, and created promotional pieces to drive fundraising efforts. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration and public relations from Monmoth College, and was the public relations and philanthropy adviser for Kappa Kappa Gamma.
