Feeling A Big Difference After Only Two Days

Firstly, thank you so much for your exercise videos for the scalenes. They are absolutely wonderful. I have very tight scalenes, and no other exercise I’ve encountered has been nearly so effective as yours. I’m feeling a big difference after only two days.

Never hoped to live a pain free life.

I had been medically diagnosed with: TMJ, Carpal tunnel, migraines…

One, by one you explained my symptoms, back to back… I was simply amazed by your deep understanding, and experience about carpal tunnel. Something which has imprisoned me, since an auto accident in 1991, over 20 years ago! With horrific physical — agonizing nightmarish pain — brought on by severe Whiplash!

‘Absent minded’ were the doctors I saw who seemed to be ignorant about my severe chronic pain. Worse, when they implied it was due to stress…BALONY.

Believe it or not, they at times would argue…”it’s all in your head.” How could I argue with them, and behind their high medical education, I thought miserably to myself.

Need I say how utterly screwed I felt.

(Finally, I was blessed to have a great doctor in 2013 — I had neck surgery to the left side of my neck in (RFA). I was awake when I had the surgery, but the pain from the intense surgery paled in comparison to my TMJ/migraines mind-boggling-pain!

Sadly just three months later, he closed his practice down, and due to a family crisis. But at least I received the needed pain recovery from his surgery to regain more health, strength, and continue to seek on how to reduce the disastrous levels of chronic, severe, acute…chronic pain.)

Yet, all of the other previous doctors I went to see were not as well informed as you are, or as he was, so they did not provide me with the complete accurate medical diagnoses, therapy, and medical care.

Well, I no longer will be lost — any more — with chronic pain!

I vowed to stay committed to your program, and should it take me a year…

Over excited, I jumped forward (in particular) to the one about the Scalene muscles. Bingo! Further validation. The absolute cause of my TMJ/migraines. It all made sense, and finally the missing pieces to the puzzle fell in complete perfect match as to what was the cause of my chronic pain (several PN syndromes). TMJ, carpal, migraines…

With your tips, teachings, explanations, I successfully was able to walk myself out of chronic pain twice, and since I bought them three days ago! I did not have to take any pain medications — when I followed your videos carefully.

Without your video carpal tunnel self therapy program, I would be lucky if only 1/8 of my pain RX would reduced my chronic pain, and anyway, they always seemed to fail to take away my chronic pain completely. I would be forced to continue to be imprisoned — with an all day event of constant pain management (countless of hours spent on: self home therapy (I invested in – insurance did not pay), physical therapy offices, or at a pain physicians office). I would be defeated again, and again — never hoped to live a pain free life.Until I saw your program.

I wanted to send you a big shout: Thank you!

Your are my Carpal Tunnel Guru guardian angle!

Hi Hilma,
I’m a graphic designer on the computer all the time. And this is where my wrist problems started.  Love all the advise that I’ve been doing with your programs. Tremendous help. I went to three doctors before I started your cousre.

1st Doctor put me on pain medicine, told me I had RA and referred me to a Rheumatology.

2nd Doctor (the Rheumatologist) said stay on the pain medicine (meloxicam) and also put me on pennsaid. Didn’t have RA. Went back, still had pain sent me to a specialist for more tests.

3rd Doctor said I had Carpel Tunnel and needed surgery immediately, before more damage occurs.

That wasn’t going to happen. Stopped taking all the meds. Went on line to find alternate solution. And there you were. I don’t use ice packs like I did every night and sleep better. And the pain has stopped.  Still have some numbness in the middle finger. I think if I massage more often, and exercise like I did in the beginning, this will go away. Especially the massage on my arm and neck.

I’ve had this condition since ’94 and just lived with it. I never sought medical treatment because I didn’t like the advice that  was given  (surgery or pills)  For quite a while I took B6 200mg a day and that did help, but I never took aspirin or motrin..Just out of curiosity one day I decided to look on the internet to see if there was anything new on this problem.

Well, I bought Hilmas course. I started with scalene stretches and got immediate relief. Then the next few days as i got thru the videos I used the tennis ball to massage the forearms and upper arms and did the stretch against the wall. Right away I was practically pain free and  now I can hardly remember what the pain was like!  The numbness is gone and my hands are more limber and I’m going to keep them this way!

Thank you for all you do for people,
Jackie Semi-Retired Nurse

By the way, I just wanted to give you some feedback relative to my progress thus far.

My arms have improved out of sight! They are at the very least 100% improved.

To remind you, I was suffering from carpal and cubital tunnel syndrome in both wrists, plus I was suffering from acute golfers and tennis elbow in both arms. My tendons and muscles were so taught and strained they felt close to snapping point. I had a massive knot up the near entire length of flexor muscle in both arms. I had electric shocks all up and down my forearms and wrists when massaging using your techniques. I also had regular numbing of the two smaller fingers when at rest in bed. I felt a continuous throbbing in my hands coupled with increased fatigue and decreased strength. Plus I was beginning to experience acute discomfort in my shoulder blades.

Let’s just say I was in pretty bad shape lol.

I’m a truck driver by trade, and I work hard for my money (working 65 to 75 hour weeks generally), and to say that I was worried about my future employment and my ability to pay the mortgage etc. would be an egregious understatement. I have suffered with this condition, and been forced to operate under this degree of stress, worry, anxiety and pressure for the past 3 years.

I’m a different man! And in just four short weeks! I’m not completely healed yet, I still have a few niggles to iron out, but compared to where I was, I am veritable light years away!

My muscles and tendons feel more supple and robust. I feel strong in my hands and they no longer throb or feel fatigued or strained. My tennis elbow has all but vanished in both arms and my golfers elbow has, if not entirely disappeared, has definitely diminished by a massive margin. When massaging my arms now there is very little tenderness and sensitivity or electrified response.

My quality of life has improved dramatically. I now have renewed hope that I can once again be the strong, virile individual that I was once in my youth, and my intense fears regarding my future employment in the industry of my choice have been all but silenced.

And I have you to thank for this! Your skill, experience, expertise, knowledge, wisdom and advice have quite literally saved my arse (sorry for being blunt), and I am deeply in your debt. Without your advice I faced a very uncertain future, but now that future looks a hell of a lot brighter.

Your sincerely,Mark Williams

I looked a number of things up on the internet about CTS, and found a number of good exercises. You, however, put all of it into perspective in a very common sense (and very entertaining) way and gave me the support I needed to avoid the steroid shot I was about to get in my left hand. You see, I do ultrasound scans for a living and this was debilitating, demoralizing and potentially career ending. Being the ultimate skeptic, I though what the heck, I don’t have a thing to lose. Well, after about 2 days ( YES!! — only 2 days) of doing some of the exercises and following your common sense approach… the numbness basically went away and I could feel my fingers going back to basically normal feeling.

So, THANK YOU!!! You are a really wonderful and genuine person and I cannot really find the words to thank you enough.

Are you suffering from numbness in your hands and fingers?

Has a doctor told you that you need carpal tunnel surgery? That you’d have permanent nerve damage if you didn’t. Yeah, that’s freaky scary.

If so Please DON’T get surgery. Please listen to what I am about to say because it could change your life.

You can get your hands back to normal without surgery, shots, drugs, or gizmos.

Surgery ALWAYS leaves you grip weaker than normal hands, and  may take weeks, months or even years to recover from – and some people never do.

There is unique way of self-treatment that gets your hands back to their full range, pain free capacity, where you can do everyday things like buttoning up your shirt.

I developed it because years ago I was going through the same thing.

Plus I have helped thousands of clients – many who were much worse off than I was.

Just doing every day things like unlocking a door or brushing your hair can be challenging and frustrating.

But giving up some of the things you used to love to do can be more devastating. Perhaps for you it is playing music, writing, gardening, creating art, or whatever.

How is it affecting your work? Your sleep? Your mental health?

For me, my hands were my livelihood – a career that I was scared would come to a screeching halt.

I was a massage therapist desperate for a solution for my own overworked hands.

My name is Hilma Volk.

Hilma VolkLicensed Massage TherapistRetired after 23 Yrs. in Practice.

My massage clients would often remark about how strong my hands were and would ask if had problems with carpal tunnel.

I would almost laugh.  Not only did I not only know how to prevent it and fix it, I taught it.

But it wasn’t always the case.

Many years ago I was working long hours doing massage in a large resort. My hands became increasingly numb.

Yeah I was scared. Only a few years into a new career. Was that about to end? Then what would I do?

So I searched everywhere. Books, magazines, the internet. I was desperate for answers.

I got a lot of info on who gets it, how much it costs in loss productivity and a bunch of statistics I didn’t care about. There was also quite a bit on how to use a computer ergonomically.

There was also misinformation mixed in with truth. Many websites just copied other websites – misinformation and all.

There were some stretches. The most helpful thing I got was using ice.   In the evening I would dip my arms in alternating hot and cold 5 gallon buckets.

There had to be a better way.

Finally I developed a technique to work on myself without using my over worked hands. And it worked beautifully. No longer did I need to ice.

Wonderful But I Had Another Problem

I couldn’t figure it out. Until…

A continuing education massage instructor casually mentioned that this muscle in the chest could produce a false carpal tunnel syndrome.

Wow. So I figured out a way to treat that muscle myself. Just a few minutes. I never had that problem again.

The unbelievable thing is, I went and looked back at my anatomy books and books I had gotten on carpal tunnel, and not one of them, not one mentioned that that muscle could produce a false carpal syndrome.

And that’s not the only place that can produce False Carpal Tunnel Syndromes. More on that later.

But first let me tell you. My hands feel better than they did when I was a teenager.

After doing massage since 1991, I retired from massage practice the beginning of 2015 so I could help more people world-wide.

You can get your hands back to normal.
Even if you think you’ve tried everything.

What is the Carpal Tunnel?

The carpal tunnel is like a ditch lined with wrist bones. Across the top of that ditch is a hard strap called the transverse carpal tunnel ligament.

Through that “tunnel” passes the median nerve and nine flexor tendons (described later).

Numbness Pattern for Median Nerve Median Nerve Splits – Yellow Portion Does Not Go Through the Carpal Tunnel.

If the median nerve is compressed you will have numbness or other sensations in the palm side of the thumb, first two fingers. and half of the ring finger. (Never the little finger)

That numbness is the primary symptom of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS).However, there could be other causes.

If it is carpal tunnel syndrome and it caused by things you have done with your hands either through your occupation or hobby or other things you do in life…

One is from repetitive use of your wrist and/or fingers. (or more importantly how you do the repetitive motions).  I’ll get to number 2 later.

When you move your fingers up and down, like in typing, that motion is actually caused by your forearm muscles.

You can prove that by grasping your upper forearm with the opposite hand and feel what happens when your move your wrist and fingers.

The muscles on the palm side of the forearm are called flexor muscles. They are the ones that close your fingers. The ones on the back side of the forearm are the ones that open the fingers. They are called extensor muscles.

The forearm muscles attach to your fingers through long skinny tendons. Those tendons go through hollow tubes that are called tendon sheaths. And there is lubrication in those sheaths.

Those tendons are like cables. When you move your fingers up and down, up and down, the tendons move back and forth, back and forth in those tendon sheaths.

That lubrication is not motor oil. You know that in the engine in a car, those pistons move up and down. They can up and down all day. But if you run out of motor oil or there is a lot of dirt in it, the friction causes the engine to seize up. The motor is ruined.

Tip: If you use your hands and fingers for more than 20 minutes at a time without giving them at least a five minute break, you’re drying out the synovial fluid (the lubrication) in there. And that causes friction. And that causes tiny pieces of your tendon or your tendon sheath to chafe off.

And that accumulates gunk and irritation inside those tendon sheaths and they start to swell up.

Tip: When you’re working, have the back of your hand and the back of your forearm in a straight line. Why? When those tendons go around a corner it is like having a rope around a tree branch that you’re pulling back and forth.

When your tendons have to go around corners, you’re creating the possibility of more friction. more accumulation of gunk in the tendon sheath. All that causes swelling and less room in the carpal tunnel.

What a lot of doctors do – and they call it a conservative method – is prescribe anti-inflammatory drugs.

While that decreases the the swelling in the short term – in the long run it makes your problem worse. Because it interferes with your natural healing process.

Drugs have NEVER EVER cured carpal tunnel syndrome.

Knowledgeable doctors know this. But a huge number of doctors apparently don’t.

Why drugs are bad for carpal tunnel syndromeNot even counting potential side effects

Your body has these cells that are called macrophages that can ooze in and out of just about anything in your body.  They gobble up anything that doesn’t belong there: like dead cells, bacteria, even little pieces of metal. Then they transport them out of there.

But when you are taking drugs, the brain doesn’t get the message that there is a problem. It’s like having firemen in the firehouse never getting the message that there is a fire.

The Carpal Tunnel Master Program reveals how you can stimulate the healing process instead of interfering with it.

Cortisone shots are a common “conservative method.” And it generally works for awhile. Cortisone is a powerful anti-inflammatory.  But it doesn’t last. The problem usually comes back.

Warning: Repeated cortisone shots can deteriorate muscles, it can deteriorate tendons, even bone. There is no way to reverse that.

Responsible doctors don’t give cortisone shots in the same place more than twice in a person’s lifetime.….

The Second Major Cause of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome…

Tight forearm muscles. And Imbalance in those muscles. Whether it’s from repetitive use of your hands or from gripping. Could be from gripping anything from weights, to jack hammers, to machinery, to mountain bikes, to pruning shears, or anything else.

You are using the muscles that close your fingers a lot more powerfully than the muscles that open the fingers. And that causes muscle imbalance and tight muscles in the forearm

When muscles are overused, muscle fibers can get stuck together. Or muscle cells can get stuck in contraction.

Either way, that shortens the forearm muscles on the flexor side (palm side).  And that shortening causes the wrist to curl forward, causing less room in the carpal tunnel.

What do doctors do about that?

They recommend that you wear a wrist splint at night. And that’s actually a good idea because that keeps the carpal tunnel open while your are sleeping so your hand isn’t flopping around in bed.

But that’s not curing anything.

The real solution is to loosen up those tight forearm muscles.

If the wrist splint doesn’t make any difference, then your problem is coming from somewhere else.

I’ll explain that later when I talk about the “Dimmer Switch Analogy.”

The purpose of the surgery is to create more room in the carpal tunnel to take the pressure off the median nerve.

They are not fixing the nerve. They are taking the pressure off it.

If you could take the pressure off yourself, you wouldn’t need the surgery.

The Nerve Runs Under the Ligament

Surgery Divides the Ligament to take the Pressure Off the Nerve

The reason you are born with the transverse carpal tunnel ligament is it provides leverage for gripping.

Practically everyone who has this surgery is left with a weaker grip.

Of those whose grip strength returns, it is because of scar tissue formation.

Surgeries of any kind carry the risk of serious infection. Or additional damage can be caused.

What a surgeon calls success and what a patient calls success are usually not the same. Most surgeons claim a 92% to 93% success rate – or 7 to 8 surgeries out of 100 fail for various reasons.

What a surgeon calls success is that the pressure is relieved off the median nerve, regardless of whatever new pain the patient feels or how long their time is off of work.

Surgery is not an instant magic bullet.

Here is what YOU have to do after surgery in the best of cases…This is from actual surgical clinic post-op handouts.

When can you return to work? Two weeks for is average for light duty worker. For heavy duty workers it may take a month, 2 months, 3 months, 6 months. About 23% of industrial workers cannot return to the same type of work they had before.

Even so, a large number of patients complain of a different type of pain in the wrist lasting months after the surgery. Doctors tell them that this is normal.

Instead of all that icing and all those post-op exercises following surgery, why not try something non-invasive instead?

My numbness would not leave me for almost all day.At nights I started having muscle cramps and terrible burning in the fingers. Nothing helped. I did stretches like crazy, went to chiropractors, a massage therapist, acupuncturists. I scheduled an appointment with a orthopedist and was waiting for it, even I knew what he was going to do – paint killers, cortisol shots, and the surgery. I didn’t want to take that path, but didn’t see any other ways to help myself, I was suffering a lot. Thanks God, I found this master cause on-line and decided to try it right away. Amazingly self massaging helped me almost same night. I have to mention that I also started using castor oil with a bunch of essential oils to make massaging easier. After a week of doing massaging twice a day with castor oil I canceled my appointment with the orthopedist, because I don’t need him any more. I feel such a relief, I am sleeping without paint, my numbness can come back at night, but not every night and it is because I may sleep in a wrong position or so. It would go away as soon as I lay down on my back with opened carpal tunnel. I am definitely improving very fast and going to continue self-massaging sessions. I am also doing stretches when I am at work. Big, big improvement. My chiropractor wanted to see me in a month instead of every week now. I want to thank Hilma for such a great information and work she did. I will recommend her  to everybody who I know with the same problem. THANK YOU, Hilma! You gave my hands and arms relief and hope for full recovery!Alexandra, Montana

I got your video’s last night thanks. I watched the first 5 core videos which confirmed my diagnosis of carpel tunnel syndrome in both hands (previously diagnosed as severe cts by nerve conductions tests). I massaged one arm as I watched the two videos on technique. Being a scientist I left the other arm untreated as a control. This morning when I woke up the hand on my massaged arm had no numbness, my other hand had thumb and 2 1/2 fingers completely numb. Normally both hands have numb fingers. This afternoon I had one hour of intensive table tennis coaching. Usually my right (massaged arm) hand goes very numb during these coaching sessions. Today – hardly any numbness…

I have spent a lot of money on visits to physiotherapist and osteopath for this problem in my hands which started after a big cross-country skiing trip in 2001. Neither practitioner helped at all – both insisted the problem was coming from my spine and neither gave me any treatment that relieved the symptoms. Just charged me lots of dollars…

My doctor who saw the results of the nerve conduction tests insisted I would need surgery on both wrists.Hence my visit to Google to search for alternatives to surgery where I found your videos.

So I look forward to seeing if your treatments give me a long term solution. If so I will be very grateful!

Kind regardsMary Bomford(Australia)

…Carpal tunnel surgery is almost never an emergency surgery.

Yet many doctors push their patients into having it done and scare them with warnings of “risk of permanent nerve damage.”

Doctors who had a financial interest in surgical clinics were 50% more likely to recommend non emergency surgeries than doctors who didn’t – according to researchers in a University of Michigan study.

Surgeons only consider splints and shots as “conservative treatments”. Yet these usually fail and are only passive things for you. Yet after surgery they have the you do all these things to recover from the trauma of the surgery. Does that seem strange to you?

“The Dimmer Switch Analogy”

I’m sure you are familiar with a dimmer switch. If you turn it up the lamp gets brighter. You turn it down the light gets dimmer. What it does is it controls the amount of electricity going through the switch.

Now lets say there were a series of dimmer switches and the lamp was dim. You could not tell by looking at the lamp which switch was dimming – or if multiple switches were a little bit dimmed.

The lamp couldn’t tell either. The only way to tell would be to examine each switch.

Well your nerves are a lot like electric wires. The nerves that run into your hand, come out of the lower neck vertebrae, go down the front of your neck, under your collar bone, under your arm pit, and down your arm.

And when you feel numbness in your fingers, you brain thinks that’s where the trouble is. Rubbing your fingers won’t help any more than rubbing the lamp.

There are several places in your body where tight muscles or muscle imbalance can pinch on nerves and mimic carpal tunnel syndrome.

Almost no one is told this, let alone told what to do about them.

Let me tell you about one of those places that is so overlooked and causes so much mischief.

There are muscles in the front of your neck that can cause all kinds of problems. But you almost never feel pain in them – which is why they are so overlooked. The shenanigans they can do varies widely. But among the nasty things they can do

They can pinch on the nerves that go into your shoulder and into your hand. That causes numbness in the hand and can even cause shoulder problems.

They can restrict the blood supply that feeds your hand, arm, and shoulder. Got cold hands?

They can pinch on the vein that returns the blood. That can create some swelling in the hand.

And the trigger points in these muscles can refer pain to the fingers, pain in the wrist, weakness in the fingers, pain in the upper arm, pain in the shoulder, and more.

These muscles are a major cause of FALSE CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME.

But too many doctors and most self-help programs only focus on the carpal tunnel.

Most of the Time it Isn’t Even Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

What if your little two fingers get numb?

What if your have thumb pain?

What if you have numbness in just one finger?

Those are NOT Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
Those aren’t even any symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome.

But those ARE Problems.  And Most Programs Don’t Even Talk About Them.

But your Carpal Tunnel Master program does.

You can prevent… Reverse… Or even eliminate your carpal tunnel syndrome starting today.  As well as the False carpal tunnel syndromes, and other problems like the ones above.

In the process, you very well might get rid of your tension headaches, the pain in your neck and the pain between your shoulder blades, and other stuff that might not appear to be related.

If you follow my techniques:

–Here is What You Will NOT Get:

You will not get a slick Hollywood type production. In fact much of it was filmed with an old camcorder. If quality of information is important and can overlook the video quality and can do without a High Def product then go for it. In fact the quality of video is what keeps me from charging many times more.

Also, this is a view Online or Download program. No physical product is shipped.

You only need to spend minutes at a time. They can be done while watching TV.

No traveling to appointments. No Waiting in Waiting Rooms. No taking much time out of your busy day.

Courses and Gizmos that only are for carpal tunnel syndrome will not help you if that is not your problem. — Or will have limited value if your problem is coming from more locations than just the carpal tunnel area.

If you have previously had carpal tunnel surgery and your problems are coming back again, this course can very likely help — assuming your surgery did not cause irreparable damages.

Remember nothing is shipped. You have instant access any time day or night. This is an Online Program. All Videos Can Be Viewed Online or Downloaded.

P.S. You will save hundreds, if not thousands of dollars on Doctors, Physical Therapists, Massage Therapists, Risky Surgery, Questionable Gimics. Hey, I charged more than that for just one massage.

P.P.S. Remember, if you are not satisfied, there is a 60 Day Unconditional Money Back Guarantee Securely Backed by Clickbank.

P.P.P.S. You have nothing to lose, but pain, numbness, tingling, fumbling, etc. What is it worth to you to get you hands back?

P.P.P.P.S. If you don’t do something about your problem it will only get worse.
