  • Humanize Your Content – When writing content for your audience, you don’t always need to act like a business or just a source for information. Humanize your content by making the conversation more personal, write about daily and life events, bring seasonal content and promotions into the your site and get creative with off-topic posts or even blog rants.
  • Be Generous with Your Blog – Site owners and content creators need to continually share value to their audience, but this doesn’t always have to be right to the customer. Sometimes this can be through the promotion of other bloggers and their content as well. For example, the sharing of this infographic is a perfect example — and so are quotes or expert roundup posts.
