Tim Johnson Jr. Grooves With Al Green’s ‘Last Stay Together’ To Challenge Candice Boyd

Last of the night is Tim Johnson Jr. performing Al Green’s “Last Stay Together” on The Four. Johnson has been making a name for himself by capturing the attention of big names and directors in Philadelphia, Las Vegas and now Los Angeles. Not only can he sing, dance, act and model but he can also play the piano, guitar and guitalele.

Sean “Diddy” Combs was worried about him performing an Al Green song but thought Johnson delivered. Jonson received four Yeses to earn the right to challenge Candice Boyd. In the battle, Candice covered Alessia Cara’s “Here.” Johnson responded with a performance of “All I Want” by Kodaline.

DJ Khlaed said Candice is soulful, representing and has a vision. Meghan Trainor said she sees Johnson’s vision a bit more. Meghan called Johnson something magical. In the end, the audience chose Johnson. FYI, The Four had Johnson up on their website as one of The Four before the show ended.
