Wae Tech Solutions offers website design; helps businesses transform their content

Ever since starting her career in website design, Roxanne Reyes has dreamed about owning her own business and helping others improve their brand.

In 2018, Reyes’ dream became a reality when she founded Wae Tech Solutions, a web design company offering custom-designed websites with strategy, search engine optimization, development and social media integration.

With seven years of experience, Reyes is a freelance web designer and self-taught programmer whose business is currently based in Williamsville.

Through engaging content, Reyes’ goal is to help businesses target their ideal audience and increase their website return on investment (ROI).

“I’m all about growing businesses in the area because I think that’s the life blood of the economy,” she said.

Wae Tech Solutions serves the health care and technology industries that need help in the following areas: growing their business, customer acquisition and content marketing. Wae Tech’s professional services have helped dentists, physicians, chiropractors, general family physicians, software, manufacturers and engineers.

According to Reyes, Wae Tech Solutions helps businesses improve their online content through a two-step process.

The first step is called a “brand session.” During this step, Reyes says Wae Tech works with branding first to dive deeper into an individual’s business and what makes them unique to help the business have a better plan moving forward.

The second step is called a “brand stream.” This step is designed to execute a business’ entire brand, from strategy and content marketing to building a website. Reyes noted that a website is typically up and running within as little as two weeks.

In addition to building a responsive website, Wae Tech provides marketing materials such as brochures, business cards, letterhead, and a full plan for improvement, among others.

When thinking about the future, Reyes has a five-year plan and is hoping to eventually expand her business into an agency, with approximately 10 to 20 employees.

As trends change and technology evolves, Reyes wants to help businesses adapt and thrive in today’s society. According to Reyes, Wae Tech Solutions really takes a look at a business and what makes that company unique.

“I think a driving force is, you have to be different. You have to stand out today and can’t be like everyone else,” Reyes said.

Reyes will be hosting a free workshop from 5 to 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 14, at the Audubon Library, located at 350 John James Audubon Parkway.

During the workshop, Reyes will discuss how businesses can increase their website ROI. She will also present tips on how businesses can achieve more sales and leads and will answer questions from the audience.
