Catalyst Advertising of Burlington has been acquired by Proclaim Interactive of Wilmington, Proclaim Interactive said Monday, Jan. 28.
Sam Holt established Catalyst Advertising in 2014. At Proclaim Interactive, he manages strategic analysis and reporting, reputation building and general marketing implementation.
“Through Catalyst, I’ve been privileged to help many organizations I believe in succeed, including clients in small business, government, healthcare and nonprofit,” Holt said. “By joining Proclaim Interactive, my clients will be able to access a deep range of talent and skill.”
The acquisition represents a strategic opportunity for both businesses and their clients, Proclaim President Spence Hackney said.
“I was thrilled to find another agency to join us that shared our values and desire for radical transparency,” Hackney said.
Proclaim Interactive was established in 2000. It provides website design, social media management, search-engine optimization and general marketing services.
