Working Student / Intern Social Media & Community Manager


As Social Media & Community Manager Working Student or Intern you are creative and passionate about connecting with current and future customers, and motivated to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications. You will also support the strategic planning, creative execution and day-to-day administration of social media activities for NavVis, having exposure to many facets of marketing at NavVis including Product, Field, Event, Design, Digital and Content.

YOU WILL WORK ON:
  • Planning and goal setting for different social media channels (i.e., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram)
  • Creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content
  • Implementing a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns
  • Promoting content when relevant and in real time when it comes to event campaigns
  • Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
  • Monitoring, measuring and producing weekly reports
  • Coordinating with the Content Marketing  team to ensure brand consistency
  • Collaborating with internal departments to stay updated on new product developments
  • Staying up-to-date with digital technology trends
YOU HAVE:
  • Experience in social media marketing, HubSpot experience is a big plus
  • Good understanding of LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
  • Good copy and visual storytelling skills
  • Content Marketing and Search Engine optimization experience
  • Strong interest in building tools and processes to improve our marketing strategy
YOU ARE:
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus.
  • A student in Marketing, Communications, Sales or similar field
  • Available for a minimum of 6 months
  • Motivated, independent and organized
  • Willing to learn and search for creative solutions
