Forrester’s 2020 Global Enterprise Content Management Online Survey is open… and we’re looking for your participation!

This survey is intended for ECM or content services decision makers and influencers in end user organizations. If you are a practitioner inside the private or public sector and make or influence decisions around content management (including document management, records management, content platforms, intranets, or content-centric collaboration), then this survey is for you.

The survey will remain open until end of day, January 17, 2020.

This is not for vendors or systems integrators. But — to any reading vendors and consultants — we would love it if you could share this survey invitation with your customers.

Why is your input important? Forrester uses this data to:

  • Validate and verify how this market is evolving and aid you in making better investment decisions. Survey participants will be provided with the survey results summary slide deck, if desired.
  • Track the trends and emerging use cases for content management — Where are investments being made? What new use cases are you exploring? How is cloud shaping your road map? What are the top challenges facing your programs today?
  • Keep ourEnterprise Content Management Playbook fresh and relevant. Clients who are embarking on a new or updated content initiative rely on these interconnected reports to understand the landscape and how other organizations are finding success.

The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Participants will be provided with a summary slide deck of the data as a thank you.
