Frankie Muniz and Witney Carson Repeat Dance Tango To ‘Angelica’

Frankie Muniz and Witney Carson repeated their performance of an Argentine tango to “Angelica” from “Pirates of the Caribbean” on Dancing with the Stars finale.

Len Goodman noted a mood in the performance. Len said that it was a fantastic Argentine tango. Carrie Ann Inaba called it Frankie’s breakout dance and that this time he had more confidence. She called it a bigger and better performance. Bruno Tonioli said that the performance was smoking and compelling but totally in focus. Bruno thought it was even better the second time.

They score a 30 out of 30.

It’s the grand finale of “Dancing with the Stars” and the season 25 champion will be revealed tonight! The three finalists will be performing two dances—a repeat of one of their previous dances and the 24-Hour Fusion Challenge, which combines two contrasting dance styles. In addition to each couple’s final two dances, all 13 couples from this season will reunite on the dance floor for one final performance. Musical guests include Kelsea Ballerini, Becky G, Debbie Gibson, Nick Lachey, Lindsey Stirling and Jordan Fisher. Jordan Fisher and Lindsey Stirling are currently tied at the top of the leaderboard with perfect scores, while Frankie Muniz is at the bottom of the leaderboard with 76 out of 80 points. The scores from tonight’s dances will be added to their totals.

According to ABC, Muniz “is an American actor, musician, writer, producer, race car driver and band manager. He is best known for playing the title character in the FOX comedy ‘Malcolm in the Middle,’ which earned him an Emmy Award nomination, two Golden Globe Award nominations and The Hollywood Reporter’s ‘Young Star Award.’ On the feature side, he is best known for his work in ‘My Dog Skip’ and playing the title role in the film ‘Agent Cody Banks,’ as well as its sequel ‘Agent Cody Banks 2: Destination London.’ Muniz also starred in the 2002 blockbuster ‘Big Fat Liar,’ opposite Amanda Bynes and Paul Giamatti. He recently shot the lead of the independent drama feature ‘The Black String,’ for director Brian Hanson.”

The finalists for the 25th season of “Dancing with the Stars,” hosted by Tom Bergeron and Erin Andrews, include Hamilton’s Jordan Fisher, violinist Lindsey Stirling and actor Frankie Muniz.

The judging panel features Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli. Their scores, along with America’s votes, determine which couples will go home and which ones will advance to compete for the coveted Mirrorball trophy.
