Sky TV and broadband customers must act soon to get these lower prices

Sky TV customers can still reduce their monthly bills but there’s not much longer to grab the discounts.

The satellite firm has been running the savings for the past few weeks but some of the offers come to an end on Thursday (October 10).

So, there’s still time to reduce your bill and here’s a guide to what’s available and how much it can save you.

One of the deals that ends on Thursday drops the cost of Sky TV with Sports.

This bundle brings all the biggest action from the Premier League, F1 and golf and would usually cost £50 per month.

However, the Live Action Bundle is now £42 – saving £8 per month or £144 over the term of the 18-month contract.

If you sign up, you’ll also get a Sky Q 1TB box which offers the ability to record three shows at once and store around 500 hours of TV.

It’s worth noting that this deal doesn’t allow you to watch Sports in full 4K and you’ll need to upgrade to the 2TB box at and extra cost (£199) if you want this pin-sharp quality.

Those signing up will need to pay a £20 admin fee.

If you love sports and also want basic broadband then there’s another SKy deal which ends on Thursday.

The Live Action and Broadband Bundle now costs £55 – saving £15 per month.

For that money, you’ll get the Complete Sky Sports action plus Sky Broadband Essentials which offers downloads of around 11Mbps.

You’ll also find a Sky Q 1TB box included and there is a £39.95 set-up fee to pay.

So that’s two deals which end soon but it is worth noting that one of Sky’s other deals could continue for a little longer.

The Watch, Stream and Save BIG bundle which is currently available for just £39 – that’s the lowest ever cost of this package.

This deal includes Superfast broadband (average speeds of 58Mbps), Sky TV and free evening weekend calls.

There is a £39.95 set-up fee to pay and you will need to sign up for 18-months it also doesn’t include any movie or sports channels which come at an extra cost.

So that’s the deals from Sky but, before you sign up there are some good broadband deals available from one its rivals right now.

BT has just cut the cost of its internet bundles and is also offering a free subscription to Prime for a year.

These cuts mean you can get Superfast Fibre Essential (average speeds 36Mbps) for £27.99 – saving £2.

There’s also Superfast Fibre (average speeds 50Mbps) for £32.99 – saving £2.
