(KIRO 7) Seattle police have identified the suspect in Wednesday’s shooting that left two people dead, and two others injured in Lake City. The Associated Press reports that 33-year-old Tad Michael Norman was arrested. He was booked Thursday on investigation of homicide, robbery, and assault.
